Start with one row for each worked game
After a game, record the worked date, assignor or league, fee, any parking or tolls, round-trip miles, and whether you have been paid. Add the actual paid date when payment arrives. Keeping each game separate makes it easier to check a partial payment or a missed game later.
Review unpaid fees by assignor
Use the aging table to group unpaid worked games by the person or organization that owes them. It shows the outstanding amount, unpaid-game count, and age of the oldest unpaid game for each assignor. This helps you prepare a separate reminder for each payer instead of combining unrelated games in one message.
The age in this tool is counted from the worked game date. It is not an agreed payment due date and does not tell you whether an assignor is legally late. If your agreement uses a different pay schedule, keep that schedule in mind when deciding when to follow up.
Make a simple follow-up
Select Copy summary next to one assignor. The tracker creates a reminder with the unpaid games, amounts, and their age since the game date. Review it, then paste it into your own email or message. The tracker does not send messages for you.
Example to review before sending
Hi [assignor name], I am following up on the unpaid games listed below. Could you confirm the payment status or expected payment date? Thank you.
Mark a game paid only after you have confirmed payment. If an assignor pays several games together, mark each matching game paid so the outstanding total stays useful.
Keep a local backup
OfficialLedger stores game records in the browser on the device where you use it. Export a JSON backup periodically, especially before clearing browser data or changing devices. You can import that backup back into the tracker.
Ledger names, amounts, notes, and game records are not uploaded. Anonymous aggregate usage events may be collected to understand whether the tool is used; those events never include ledger data.
What this tracker does not decide
This is a personal record-keeping tool, not legal, tax, or collection advice. It does not know your contract terms, payment deadlines, or local rules. Use your agreements and your own judgment when following up on a fee.
